He instilled in the hospital a work routine that harmoniously blended Jewish values with modern medicine, serving as a role model for all who worked alongside him. He fostered amicable relationships with city dignitaries, politicians, intellectuals, diplomats, and influential individuals who greatly contributed to the hospital's growth, success, and reputation. Simultaneously, he actively assisted low-income individuals and immigrants in finding employment and housing, displaying his dedication to helping the less fortunate.
