The Sarcoma Clinic offers comprehensive treatment to patients from all over the country who have been diagnosed with sarcoma tumors. The team's goal is to address the individual needs of each patient and support them through the various stages of the disease and treatment. The clinic maintains close contact with supportive services, such as genetic counseling, fertility preservation counseling, psycho-social services, dietary counseling, and palliative care for pain management.

We value the quality of life during treatment, and therefore, we strive to provide treatments on an outpatient basis, avoiding the need for hospitalization in the department (including EIPFOSFAMIDE treatment for patients with a port).

The clinic collaborates with radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, general surgeons, thoracic surgeons, urologists, and gynecologists. Before initiating treatment, the patient's pathology and imaging undergo reevaluation, and the decision on the type of treatment also takes into account the results of genetic testing.

Each case is discussed in a multidisciplinary meeting, and alongside systemic therapy, multidisciplinary treatment options such as biological and immunotherapies combined with local treatment in radiation therapy, tumor embolization, and angiography, which blocks the blood vessels supplying the tumor (angiography), are considered. Surgical treatment is also evaluated if applicable.
