Treating infections from a dental source and in the facial cavities. Treating acute and chronic infections, mandibular osteomyelitis in systemic patients, draining abscesses from a dental source under local or general anesthetic depending on needs. Intravenous antibiotic treatment (in hospital) or via a catheter (PICC line) at home, as needed and after consulting with the hospital’s Microbiology Department.

Treating infections in the maxillary sinus, whether from a dental source, as a result of a sinus lift failure or due to dental implants. Sometimes these treatments are conducted with the Otolaryngology Department.
