In the inpatient department, patients are treated for various cardiovascular diseases, including:
- Patients with chest pain or after a heart attack, before or after heart catheterization.
- Treatment of rhythm disorders: electrical cardioversion, implantation of various types of pacemakers, ablation, advanced drug therapy.
- Management and treatment of patients with heart failure, including LVAD preparation.
- Treatment of structural heart diseases: TAVI, Mitral Clip, TRI clip.
- Treatment of structural heart diseases, including left atrial appendage closure, closure of heart wall defects, and around implanted stents.
- Treatment of various cardiac muscle diseases.
- Evaluation, supervision, and monitoring of various cardiac problems.
Daily schedule in the department:
- Physician rounds are conducted every day between 09:00 - 13:00. You can get updates and speak with the doctors during their rounds.
- Family visits are allowed between 07:00 - 21:00 (with no more than two visitors at a time during visiting hours, and at night, only one accompanying visitor is allowed, coordinated with the responsible nurse).
- Patient discharge is typically done after the physician rounds, until 16:00.
- Patients undergoing elective procedures are usually discharged in the early morning. Upon discharge, the department nurse will explain the recommended follow-up care at home.
