Mothers are invited to a group training session with a physiotherapist every afternoon. You will learn exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, vital for stability and the protection of your inner organs (including the uterus). It is important to strengthen these muscles all the time, but especially after birth, because they stretch and weaken during pregnancy and birth and are therefore at greater risk of damage. You can start performing strengthening exercises soon after giving birth and our physiotherapist will be happy to answer your questions.
